the staff decorated for my birthday and valentines. bus stops nearby made getting to central easy
The room we were in was downstairs. We could hear everyone walking up the stairs above us. the bed was awful. Mattress springs were pushing into our backs. cheap toilet roll was provided.

hidden parking chargebacterial infection
the initial receptionists displayed rudeness. hospitality training seemed absent. a hidden parking charge of £12 was levied overnight. the showers were dirty, and hot water was unavailable. the provided bed had bodily fluid stains and hair from various individuals. it made me concerned about potential bacterial or contagious infections.

the price was fair for what was offered.
The rudeness of one of the receptionists was quite off-putting. there was a hidden parking charge i wasn't informed about until arrival. It seemed like false advertising. the communal area was not comfortable and asking about facilities resulted in being ignored by staff.
